Refunds and cancellations for advertising
Refund requests for map advertising can be made to email@example.com. Requests must include:
If any unforeseen circumstances force you to cancel an event after having registered and made payment, you must notify First Friday Scranton at firstname.lastname@example.org by the close of business (5:00 p.m.) on the Monday prior to the First Friday event in order to receive a refund. This is the only way we can make the correction and meet our print deadlines.

A receipt will be sent to you via email. If you need a hard copy of your receipt, please contact us at email@example.com to request one.
